Blasting medias: metalic, mineralic, organic

Blasting materials are tools of the blasting process. Their selection requires greatest attention. With the variety of the results, which have to be achieved by the sand blasting process, it is understandable that no universal blasting material exists. According to the sand blasting task and the available sand blasting method, mainly the technical appropriate and - if more are applicable - the most economical blasting material must be chosen.
The prime requirement of the selection is the attainment of the desirable surface-composition.
The only reason for a blasting process is the achievement of a certain surface-quality.
We can reassure you, which blasting material (metallic, mineral, hard or soft, gritty or ball point), and which of the various sizes are the best for your purposes, under consideration of your current sand blasting system and the surface quality needed.

Metallic abrasives suitable for removal of oxid scales, rust, oxidations and coatings from steel.

especially suitable for soft cleaning of sensitive surfaces (molds, tools, motor parts, turbine wheels), for special treatments as for example smoothing, pattern, deburring and for surface treatment of non-ferrous metals. Often used in sand blasting cabins.

are usually applied in sand blasting cabins and recirculation systems. Very high life cycles with optimum surface are guaranteed. Suitable for soft cleaning of sensitive surfaces (molds, tools, motor parts, turbine wheels), for special treatments as for example smoothing, pattern, deburring and for surface treatment of non-ferrous metals.
